With a Masters degree in Communication and MBA in Business Communication, Anne specializes in sales development and marketing promotion for her clients. Anne brings a commitment to high professional standards through active involvement on the Board of the Missouri Association of Realtors (MR) and on the Education and Inclusion Committees for the St. Louis Association of Realtors (SLAR). In additional to residential sales and marketing,  Anne enjoys assisting both International and local clients toward connecting people to property. Anne brings knowledge, energy and experience to St. Louis Real Estate.

  Fred Kratky has served the Local, State and National Real Estate Community as a Real Estate Broker for over thirty-seven years.  Elected to the position of President he has served on the Board of Directors of both the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® and the Missouri REALTORS®. Fred distinguishes himself as a leader in the industry and has been honored as Realtor of the Year by both the St. Louis and Missouri Associations. Nationally, he has served on the Board of Directors and as Regional Vice President for the National Association of REALTORS®. Fred served in the State Capitol in the Missouri House of Representatives and founded the Missouri Housing Industry Alliance. Fred has served on the first Mortgage Fraud Task Force, creating a new standard for the stabilization of property values and development for Missouri to identify and prosecute mortgage fraud offender. Fred Kratky was inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® Hall of Fame in Washington, D.C. for his contribution to the housing industry.
